For non-UK orders, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm delivery costs and will only proceed with your confirmation of acceptance.

Delivery Times:

Orders for delivery to UK: STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch either the same or next working day. Delivery should normally take no longer than 2 working days after this but please allow up to 7 working days from placing your order. If for any reason, we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation. NON-STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time.
From dispatch, delivery should normally take no longer than 2 to 4 working days.

Orders for delivery to EU: STOCK ITEMS - Same as above, except delivery should normally take no longer than 5 to 7 working days (Standard Service) after dispatch but please allow up to 10 working days. If for any reason, we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to a faster service. NON-STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time.

Orders for delivery to outside the EU: We will contact you to confirm delivery costs and delivery times before goods are dispatched. We aim to deliver all products within 7 working days but please allow 10 working days.
