Christmas last posting dates: Yes, Christmas is rapidly approaching. This year, for UK orders placed before 11:00am on Tuesday 20th December will be dispatched and guanranteed for Christmas. Obaby Zynergy zoom orders will need to be placed by 11:00 the previous day.

Upgraded UK deliveries will be sent out on 21st December and guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.

The last date for non-UK european orders is 12th December (for mail/postage items) to 14th December (for larger goods via courier).

The last date for USA and the rest of the world are 9th December (for mail/postage items) to 12th December (for larger goods via courier).

If you are in the north staffordshire area, you are welcome to come and collect from our warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent up until 12:00pm on Friday 23rd December. Please email or call us before you place an order.

We will continue to process orders as normal up until 23rd December when we close for our family break. Orders received over this time will be dispatched between the 28th and 30th December when our warehouse only reopens. Please note our office remains closed during this time and so are unable to respond to emails and telephone calls.  We reopen fully on Tuesday January 3rd, 2012.

Delivery Rates:

2 Became 4 now offer simple, variable delivery rates for all UK mainland orders.

For multiple item orders, the delivery band for the largest product you order is automatically selected.

All orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail or HDNL. At times we may, at our discreation, upgrade your delivery to UPS or DHL.

Delivery upgrades are available to have your goods dispatched on our rapid service, 48 hour at an additional £3.50 and 24 hour service at £8.50. We will only apply these charges if we are able to meet the delivery time. If not, we will contact you.

Smaller items, sent by Royal Mail, for delivery to UK highlands, islands and Northern Ireland will be dispatched at the rates as above. 

For larger items to UK highlands, islands, northern ireland and all orders to non-UK addresses, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm delivery costs and will only proceed with your confirmation of acceptance.

Delivery Times:

Orders for delivery to UK Mainland: STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch either the same or next working day. Delivery should normally take no longer than 2 to 4 working days after this but please allow up to 7 working days. If for any reason we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation. NON-STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time.
From dispatch, delivery should normally take no longer than 2 to 4 working days, although please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.

Orders for delivery to EU: STOCK ITEMS - Same as above, except delivery should normally take no longer than 5 to 7 working days (Standard Service) after dispatch but please allow up to 10 working days. If for any reason, we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to a faster service. NON-STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time.
From dispatch, delivery should normally take no longer than 5 to 7 working days days.

Orders for delivery to outside the EU: We will contact you to confirm delivery costs and delivery times before goods are dispatched. We aim to deliver all products within 7 working days but please allow 10 working days.

N.B. In every instance we will only take payment for goods you have ordered at the point of dispatch.
