I believe that the Americans now everything there is to know about customer service, but, 2 became 4 surpassed this with genuine, polite and extremely helpful after sales service. Basically as far as I'm concerned I couldn't tandem feed without it - it brings the babies to the right height without any effort at all, they feel secure and I'm comfortable...I take it everywhere I go when I know I'm going to feed and the time I forgot it I had a nightmare with a mountain of shifting pillows!

• I am very impressed with the standard of service I have received from 2:became::4. I asked for advice about whether the twin rein harness would fit my 'chunky' son in his thick winter coat. Fiona responded almost immediately to my query and used her older boys to check the fit. I ordered the reins on a Sunday lunchtime and they were with me on Tuesday morning, so delivery was very speedy.
• I've found the twin reins very useful, particularly when used with the adult belt. My twins enjoy going for our daily walk but are getting to the age where one or other of them throws the occasional tantrum. I can safely deal with this without worrying about the safety of the other twin as they are still attached to my belt. Also if one or other of them gets tired, it is much easier to carry one home now that I'm not having to hold onto another set of reins. As a non-driver, I can see lots of potential for using the reins on the bus or train, although I've not yet been brave enough to try them!

My twins refused to be on conventional reins as they were too restricting and they were like little puppets hanging from them. They actually ENJOY putting on the twin reins and cannot wait to get out of the door because they know they are not going to be restricted to the buggy. We bought our Marco Sky from you about two years ago having read about it in the Tamba magazine, and I have never seen another one in Ireland although two others have said they have. I just wanted to let you know that absolutely EVERYwhere we go people ask us where we got it and how fantastic it is. We always give them you web address as we had such good service from you.
