Simple, Variable UK standard delivery charges.
We have simple, variable standard mainland UK delivery charges depending upon the size of the product you wish to purchase including FREE delivery items such as greetings cards, car signs and some small items and special offers.
For multiple item orders, the higher delivery band is automatically selected.
All orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail or HDNL. At times we may, at our discreation, upgrade your delivery to UPS or DHL.
Some customers choose to have their goods dispatched on our rapid service, 48 hour at an additional £3.50 and 24 hour service at £8.50. We will only apply these charges if we are able to meet the delivery time. If not, we will contact you.
For non-mainland UK some prices on larger items may need to be adjusted, however we will confirm this with you before processing your order or taking payment.
For non-UK orders, we search prices from leading couriers and the postal service to offer you the most competitive prices of shipping. We send the postage price over to you, for your approval, before we take your payment or dispatch your order.
Accurate Delivery Dates.
We always strive to ensure that our e-store has the most up-to-date stock availability on display however, from time to time, we do run out of stock. If you have placed an order, or made an enquiry, we always give an accurate delivery date based upon when the products are due in to our warehouse. If there are any unforeseen stock delays, we will contact customers who have placed orders to keep you advised and ensure you that we are monitoring each and every order.
2:became::4's stock changes on a daily basis and occassionally specific colours run out. Please feel free to contact us to check availability or place a forward order.
We will NOT take payment until we dispatch your order.
Whether your order is dispatched on the same day or pre-ordered by a month, we will NOT take payment for any product until it is picked, packed and ready for dispatch. We will then take your payment and dispatch your goods.
You will receive an email (please make sure you enter your email address correctly!) when you place your order then once you order is prepared, you will receive an emailed receipt of payment and notification that your order has been dispatched.
Please note that, from time to time, on special offer prices or limited edition pre-orders, we may be required to take a payment on order. This will be made clear on the product pages of our website and you can request that payment is not taken, however we would be unable to reserve stock.
All payments are securely processed through Worldpay and your card details are not stored on any of our servers. All payments are security checked to prevent fraudulent cards from being used (to protect you and us!).
We offer a 14 day, no-quibble return guarantee. As long as you return the product in its orginal packaging, unused, undamaged and with all the tags still attached along with a copy of your original invoice, we will refund the cost of product in full. Please note: the postage charges will not be refunded.
If you would like us to arrange collection of any returnable item, please contact us. The cost of collection will be deducted from any refund.
